  • How do I log into my account in the queue system?

      Log on www.engelska.se/ find your school/The Queue/log on with your user name (Your child ID number) and password.
  • How do I update my personal record?
    • A: 

      By logging into the queue maintenance page from our home page www.engelska.se You´ll find it on the "Apply" menu on the left. Your child’s personal ID-number is your user name. If you have lost your code/password you may request a new one while at this log in page
  • How do I know if my child has been accepted to the ensuing term?
    • A: 

      Those who have been accepted are notified by post/e-mail. If you have not received this notification but expect that you should have, please verify that your contact information is current. Those who were not accepted in the first draft remain on the reserve list.
  • What is my child’s queue status?
    • A: 

      Your child’s queue position is held by the date you entered them into our queue. The only thing that can affect this position is sibling priority. We adhere to a policy that does not permit us to release queue positions.
  • When do you have your Open House?
  • Does my child have the right to a bus card?
    • A: 

      If your child lives more than 2 kilometres from school you may apply at your local kommunkontor (stadsdelskontor) to receive a bus card.
